Emotional Freedom Technique and Touch For Health Training
I am an AAMET certified Practioner Trainer of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and am certified through the International Kinesiology College as a Touch For Health (TFH) trainer. I run regular EFT and Touch For Health workshops, both for those simply interested in learning effective self-help techniques, and for therapists wishing to practice Emotional Freedom Technique and/or Touch for Health. Both EFT workshops are in accordance with Gary Craig's original guidelines and the Touch for Health workshops are in accordance with IKC guidelines, IKC certification being recognised worldwide.
All workshops take place in or near the beautiful market town of Romsey, Hampshire, within easy reach of Southampton, Winchester, Salisbury, Andover, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.

A self-help workshop, open to anyone interested in taking charge of their own health and well-being, self-development and personal performance. The workshop provides a good grounding in Emotional Freedom Technique and how to use it, the emphasis being on practical application. The aim is that every participant leaves at the end of the day having personally experienced the benefit of this technique in some area of their life, and knowing how to use EFT effectively on most of their problems. The workshop takes place in a friendly and supportive environment. Questions are welcomed throughout the day, and the workshop will be tailored to suit the particular needs of the group attending.

Prerequisite: EFT Level 1
This is a self-help workshop, open to anyone that has completed an approved Level 1 Workshop. This workshop takes you further into the realms of Emotional Freedom Technique, its applications, its potential benefits as a healing tool, and as an aid to personal performance. As with Level 1, the emphasis is on practical application and experience of EFT, and again it will be tailored according to the needs of the group attending.
For those wishing to gain Practitioner Certification, this is an AAMET Accredited Practitioner Training Course.

Prerequisite: No experience required
This course is suitable for anyone interested in improving their health and well-being. It is also a prerequisite for those wishing to gain practitioner status in TFH, and is certified by the International Kinesiology College in Australia, (certificates recognized worldwide). TFH is an ideal adjunct to any therapist's toolkit, easily integrated into any practice.
TFH 1 gives a good grounding in the art of accurate muscle testing and how to use it effectively to optimize physical, mental and emotional health, improve concentration, energy and vitality, manage stress in all areas of life, improve posture, relieve pain and tension, improve co-ordination, reading and writing, improve performance. You will also learn how food can affect your energies.
TFH 1 is a stand alone workshop, with the option of broadening and deepning your knowledge of these techniques with TFH 2, 3 & 4.

Prerequisite: TFH 1
TFH 2 broadens and deepens your understanding of muscle testing and its potential. We go deeper into the Chinese medical model and how it relates to TFH balances, learn further ways to balance the body on a deeper level, and more stand alone techniques to help balance the body on a daily basis.

Prerequisite: TFH 1 & 2
TFH 3 looks deeper into the Law of 5 Elements, and how to use the principles in different types of muscle balances. It takes a further look at food and how it affects the energy body, and starts to bring together all you have learnt so far, so that you can use your knowledge more effectively. It also begins to look more closely at how the muscles work together to affect posture, how we can correct bad posture using the meridians, and the relationship of our posture to our emotions.

They all affect our health and well-being, and if you correct one you are necessarily helping to correct the others.
